Founded by Young Park, Berkeley Investments is a thriving Boston-based real estate investment, development, and management company. The firm maintains a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties under ownership and management. Since 1991, Berkeley has established a reputation for timely performance and professional integrity, particularly in acquiring and repositioning promising office and R&D properties in dynamic, mixed-use environments. Young Park, who holds degrees in planning and architecture from MIT and Harvard, combines this background with his extensive worldwide travels to help shape Berkeley’s vision of innovative, successful development.

Hacin + Associates

Located in Boston’s South End, FP3’s primary architect and designer Hacin + Associates has built a broad, award-winning portfolio of residential, office, and retail spaces in Boston and beyond. The firm is a leader in artist and loft housing in Boston, and is active in the preservation and adaptive reuse of historic structures. H+A designs have been featured in a wide range of international books and publications, commercials, and fashion press. The firm has also helped build the retail presence of brands from Fresh to A.T. Cross. Founded in 1993 by David Hacin, AIA, the firm has garnered numerous awards, including one for Mr. Hacin from Residential Architect magazine which named him their “Rising Star” in 2005. Mr. Hacin is also a member of the Boston Civic Design Association and The Boston Society of Architects.

Fort Point Arts Community

The Fort Point Arts Community, Inc. of South Boston (FPAC) is a non-profit community organization founded in 1980 and run by neighborhood artists and volunteers. Their mission is to enrich the Fort Point area with a resident live/work artist population that contributes to the district’s and the City of Boston’s cultural life.
